Ingredients

• 1 large red bell pepper, diced (about 1 cup)
• 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed (about 4 ounces)
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast (2 small or 1 large cut in half lengthwise for thinner pieces)
• 2 cans (about 15 ounces <strong>each</strong>) white cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 cup Pace&#174; Chunky Salsa
• 1 cup water
• 5 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
