Ingredients: Maple syrup. Use real Vermont maple syrup for the full effect.; Gin. If possible, Barr Hill Gin from northeastern Vermont. You can see their bottle and distinctive bee cork in several of the photos in this post.; Fresh-squeezed lime juice; Green Chartreuse. I highly recommend getting your hands on a bottle of this. That said, this maple gimlet will work fine without the Green Chartreuse, it will just be a little less complex.; Soda water. Optional, but you can use this to top off the drink for a bigger, more refreshing sip.
