• 1 large onion
• 4 cloves garlic (Blitzed)
• 2 small sweet potatoes (Blitzed)
• 1 bunch parsley (grated)
• 2 carrots (Blitzed)
• 500 g minced turkey
• 1 tsp grouned cinnamon (heaped)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
• 1 tbsp sumac
• 1 tsp ground turmeric
• 1-2 red or green chillies, blitzed (optional)
• 2 medium eggs
