- 60g hazelnuts, toasted, cooled and chopped
- 150g unsalted butter
- 250g icing sugar, sifted
- 2 tsp Tesco Finest Costa Rican coffee, mixed with 1 tbsp hot water and cooled
- 40g hazelnuts, halved, to decorate
