Ingredients

• 1½ cups gluten free flour mix I use Bob's Red Mill 1-1 for this recipe
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
• ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
• ½ cup maple syrup
• 2 Eggland's Best eggs, large (beaten)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup packed spinach
• ¼ cup avocado oil
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips or dark chocolate (you can use more or less)
