Zesty White Chocolate & Tangerine Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 1 cup coconut milk
• 4 ounces pure dark chocolate
• 3-4 tablespoons honey (more to taste)
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
• just a pinch of: ground cloves & cayenne pepper
• 1/3 cup merlot or other rich red wine such as burgundy (optional)
