• Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
• 1 rib celery, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 15-oz can of pumpkin puree
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp Garlic Maple Blend
• 2 cups vegetable broth - we use Vegan Broth Powder
• 1 Tbsp Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
• 1/4 cup heavy cream, plus more for adjusting consistency
