• ⅛ teaspoon salt
• 2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon cold water
