Mushroom And Garlic Stuffed Chicken Breast recipe by Suzette Soobramoney

Ingredients

• 250 g Denny mushrooms sliced
• 5 tablespoons butter
• Salt
• Pepper
• 2 tspoons crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon Chicken spice Robertson’s
• ½ or more teaspoon
• Lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon rustic garlic and herbs spice ( Robertson’s )
• 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
• ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese grated
• 2 slices mozzarella cheese on the inside of every pocket
• Add a little butter if needed
• Add 1 tspoon crushed garlic
• Add the mushrooms ( if you hv to little mushrooms fry some more b4 adding the cream
• Add 1 cup fresh cream
• And ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Pasta
• And a salad
