- 2 sticks of Celery, chopped finely
- 1 chopped Green Onion
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Bell Pepper
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- pinch of Salt
- fresh ground Black Pepper
- 4 slices of Rye Bread
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 2 slices of Tomato (optional)
