- 1 x tsp olive oil
- 400g macaroni
- 60g butter
- salt & pepper
- splash white wine
- 1 1/2 x tsp smoked paprika
- 60g Flour
- 1 x pint milk
- 250g x smoked cheddar cheese
- 150g x red Leicester
- 150g x salted cheddar
- 4 slices bread blitzed for crumbs
- 20g Parmesan cheese
