Ingredients

• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
• enough water to make 2-1/2 cups
• 1 package (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots
• 1/3 cup uncooked alphabet noodles
• 3-1/2 tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce
• 1 large tomato, diced
• Black pepper, to taste
• Parmesan cheese (optional)
