Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
• 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 3/4 cup (170 g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup packed (150 g) light brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 large egg yolk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 5-7 drops blue gel food coloring, plus a tiny drop of purple gel if needed
• 1/3 cup (60 g) white chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup (60 g) milk chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup (50 g) chopped Oreos
• 1/2 cup (50 g) chopped Chips Ahoy cookies
