This spin on the classic thumbprint cookie comes from our friend Diana Kuan who uses our Mango Chutney for the sweet center. The perfect cookie to bring to a festive event! Makes 2 dozen cookies
Ingredients
- 1 (2 sticks or 16 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
