• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup unsalted sweet cream butter (softened)
• 1 egg (large)
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1 bag Hershey kisses (black and white Hugs Hershey kisses)
• 2 Cups sugar (to roll the cookie in)
