CREAMY POTATO SALAD

Ingredients

• 1 kg of unpeeled potatoes.
• 1bunch finely chopped celery leaves.
• 4 thinly sliced radishes
• 1/2 tsp mustard seeds.
• 2 chopped scallions
• 2 tsp chopped dill.
• 4 tsp mayonnaise & cream.
• 1/2 pinch of salt.
• Ground pepper (Add to taste).
• 2 tsp. lemon juice.
• 1 tsp grated lemon zest.
