French Onion Stuffed Pork Chops – Hestan Culinary

• 1 teaspoon thyme, plus extra for garnish
• 1 tablespoon avocado oil
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup caramelized onions from above
• 1 1/2 cups shredded Gruyère cheese
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 4 cups no sodium beef broth (or homemade), warm
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 3 thick slices of French bread
• 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup grated Gruyère cheese
