• 2 lbs. Apples coarse dice or sliced
• ¾ lbs. Sugar
• 1/8 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• 1 ½ oz. Cornstarch
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/8 cup of butter
