Egg sandwich, with thin strips of omlette as the stuffing, this egg sandwich is a very filling and delectable sandwich. Have it for breakfast or brunch, its a light meal in itself.
Ingredients
- 2 hot dog buns
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion- sliced
- 1 small tomato - sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
- Few slices of pickled jalapenos
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- Lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
