Spinach Salad with Strawberries Recipe - National Turkey Federation

Ingredients

• 1 to 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds
• 1 tbsp poppy seeds
• 1-1/2 tsp minced onion
• 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tsp paprika
• 1/2 c vegetable or extra-virgin olive oil
• 1/4 c vinegar
• 2 Bunches fresh spinach, washed, drained and chilled
• 2 Pints fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
• 1 Small red onion, thinly sliced
