- 450ml Double Cream
- 100g Caster Sugar
- 1 Cube Strawberry Jelly
- 1 pack (12g) or 6 leaves of Gelatin
- 60ml hot water
- 1 pack Strawberry Jelly (less 1 cube)
- 200ml boiling water
- 200ml cold water
