• 1 stick unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 1 ½ tablespoons McCormick® Red Food Coloring
• nonstick cooking spray, for greasing
• 8 oz 60% dark chocolate, roughly chopped
• whipped cream
• chocolate chip
• 4 strawberries, halved lengthwise
