• 1 clove garlic
• 1 sprig mint
• Dressing
• 1 cup (250 mL) 35 % cream
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped green onions
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey mustard
• 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
