Apple Pie Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
• 1/3 cup toasted pecan halves
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 2 premade, ready-to-roll pie crusts or a homemade All Butter Pie Crust
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg for egg wash
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 unit Whipped cream, ice cream, or caramel sauce (for topping)
