Butter Chicken It's rare I don't double this recipe. When picking out packs of chicken I tend to go a little heavier.
Ingredients

- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 4 ounces butter
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup ?cilantro
