Orange Olive Oil Cake - Colavita Recipes

Ingredients

• For the Topping:
• 2 medium navel oranges
• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• 4 ½ tbsp unsalted butter, cut into pieces, plus more for cake pan
• ¼ tsp kosher salt
• For the Cake:
• 1 cup Greek yogurt (nonfat is fine)
• ½ cup Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus more for greasing the pan
• 3 eggs
• 1 orange (zest and juice - about 3 tbsp juice)
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
• ¾ cup Colavita Polenta
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
