Ingredients

• 45 ml Bourbon whiskey
• 15 ml Jamaican-style aged blended rum with funk
• 120 ml Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
• 22.5 ml Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
• 1 unit Cinnamon stick
• 1 grind Freshly grated nutmeg
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
• 1 unit Lemon peel
