Chocolate Apple Bread

Ingredients

• 4 Eggs
• 3 c Coarsely chopped apples
• 1/2 ts Cinnamon
• 1 ts Salt
• 1 ts Cinnamon
• 1 c Walnuts chopped
• 1 tb Sugar
• 12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 c Chopped walnuts or pecans
• 4 c All-purpose flour
• 2 ts Vanilla extract
• 1/2 ts Nutmeg
• 1 ts Baking Powder
• 1 ts Baking soda
• 1/4 c Buttermilk
• 1 c Butter,softened
• 2 c Sugar
