Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground turkey (or ground beef)
- 4 tablespoons Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- � cup red wine
- 4 cups tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- Three 15 ounce cans black beans, drained
- One half to one 7 ounce can chipolte peppers in adobe sauce (depending on degree of heat you desire)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon (unsweetened) cocoa powder
- 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
- Salt, if desired
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- � cup chopped fresh cilantro
