Iced Coffee recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• ¾ cup instant coffee
• ½ cup hot chocolate
• ½ cup sugar (or to taste)
• 2 cups milk
• 2 cups boiling water
• 2 trays ice cubes
• 1. Add instant coffee, hot chocolate and sugar to water.
• 2. Allow to cool.
• 3. In a blender, add in the coffee mixture, milk and ice.
• 4. Blend till ice is crushed and coffee froths.
• 5. Serve immediately with straws.
