• 7 cups sugar, divided
• 2 1/2 cups sifted Swans Down® Cake Flour
• 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
• 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 3 eggs, room temperature
• 1 cup sour cream
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 cups chopped walnuts
