Ingredients

• 1/2 pound bacon
• 3 tablespoons bacon drippings
• 1 cup uncooked rice
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
• 2 cups canned, undrained tomatoes
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 2-3 cups hot water
