Maple Rice Pudding - Marla Meridith
The rice pudding is a maple sweetened creamy pudding topped with an irresistible Biscoff cookie crunch topping. My kids and I loved it so much we even snuck some in for breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 large egg, beaten
- !Biscoff Pecan Crumble
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 16 (124 grams) Biscoff, ginger snaps or similar cookies, crushed
