• A pinch of salt and pepper.
• 1 garlic clove, finely minced.
• ½ pound of ground beef.
• ¼ cup plain tomato sauce.
• ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes.
• 2½ cups mozzarella, grated.
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste.
• Half a cup of water.
• Yogurt, just plain, to serve.
