- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbs. lime juice
- 1 tbs. dry mustard
- 2 tbs. dried cilantro
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. black mustard seeds yellow works fine too.
