GG Meatloaf – GG Exceptional Fiber

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp mustard
• 4 tbsp worsteshire sauce
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 3 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tsp honey
• 1/8 tsp cracked black pepper
• 1 tsp dried parsley (or ½ tsp. fresh minced)
• 1/8 tsp salt
• ¼ cup crushed GG Bran Cracker or GG Sprinkles
• 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
