Ingredients

• 4 x Americana Brioche Buns
• 1 Curly leaf lettuce
• 8 slices of Cornish cheddar
• 2 British Vine tomatoes
• 100g sliced Pickles
• 1kg of Prime Aberdeen Angus beef mince
• 1 Egg
• 1 Onion (finely chopped)
• 1.5 tbsp Sunflower oil
• 180g (approx. 12 rashers) Of Wiltshireoak-smoked streaky bacon
• 1 White onion, finely sliced
• 1 Garlic clove, crushed
• 40g Light brown sugar
• 1 tbsp Of Somerset cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp Of Derbyshire honey
• 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp Ketchup
• 25g Cornichons finely chopped
• 1 tbsp American mustard
