Ingredients

• 1/2 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored, and chopped small
• 1 mango, peeled, seeded and chopped small
• 1/4 cup cilantro leaves -chopped
• 1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 small red onion, finely chopped
• 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded & finely chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Salt & pepper to taste
