Ingredients
- 390 ml (1½ cups + 1 tbsp) warm water
- 11.25 ml (2¼ tsp) dry active yeast (1 pouch)
- 1.125 l (4½ cups) all-purpose flour
- 10 ml (2 tsp) salt
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Stefano extra-virgin olive oil
- 430 ml (1 jar) Stefano pizza sauce
- 500 ml (2 cups) shredded mozzarella
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) Parmesan, grated
- 500 ml (2 cups) sliced pepperoni
