Ingredients: ½ cup of Wish Farms strawberries to garnish; 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon baking soda; ½ teaspoon baking powder; 1 cup softened butter; 1 ½ cups white sugar; 1 egg; 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; 3 to 4 tablespoons buttermilk; 2 tablespoons sugar crystals to decorate; ½ cup + 2 tablespoons strawberry puree; ½ cup unsalted butter, nearly at room temperature; ¼ cup salted butter, nearly at room temperature; 2 ½ - 2 ¾ cups powdered sugar; ¼ teaspoons vanilla extract; 4 drops red food coloring (optional)
