- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 stick of celery finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 courgette diced
- 80 g mushrooms quartered
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
- 150g fresh mozzarella chopped into cubes
- 75g grated hard cheese
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 500ml water
- 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
