• 50g butter
• 50g plain flour
• 300ml chicken stock heated
• 700ml milk
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 tbsp American mustard
• ½ cup parmesan grated or tasty cheese
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 white onion peeled and roughly diced
• 2 garlic cloves peeled and finely chopped
• 5 medium potatoes peeled and diced into small bite size pieces
• 1 x 250g pack Hellers Kentucky Chicken
• ½ bag spinach leaves roughly chopped
• Small bunch Italian parsley leaves roughly chopped – extra for garnish
• Small bunch chives roughly chopped – extra for garnish
• 1 cup panko crumbs
• ¼ cup cornmeal or fine polenta
• 1/2 cup butter melted
• ½ lemon zested
• ½ tsp chicken salt
• 1 tsp garlic powder
