- ½ cup olive oil

- 1 red onion (divided)
- 10 ounces fresh spinach ( (rinsed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces))
- 1 quart strawberries (washed and sliced)
- ¼ cup walnuts (chopped)
- ⅓ cup bacon bits
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
