• 500 g cherry tomatoes
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• Zest of 1 lemon, divided
• Salt
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 6 sprigs fresh oregano
• 500 g Greek yoghurt
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
