• 2.5 oz of The Great Gentleman Watermelon & Hibiscus Soda
• 1 oz of Egg white or aqua faba
• 2 oz of Grey Goose
• 1 oz of Lime & Cardamom Oleo Saccharum
• 1 oz of Fresh pressed lime juice
• 3 drops of Angostura bitters
• INGREDIENTS FOR THE OLEO SACCHARUM
• 20 Limes
• 1L Sugar
• 90g of Split and crushed cardamom pods
• 1L Water
