• 1 cup (8 ounces) Ziyad butter Ghee, in its solid format
• 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
• ¼ tsp fine salt
• 1 tsp Ziyad Brand orange blossom water or rose water
• 2.40 cups unbleached, all-purpose flour, plus a few more tablespoons if needed
• ⅓ cup Ziyad Brand shelled blanched almond halves or shelled pistachios to garnish
