• 1 lb ground turkey
• 4 oz. block blue cheese, crumbled
• 2 T chopped fresh Italian flat leaf parsley
• ¼ C white onion chopped finely
• ¼ C red pepper chopped finely
• 1 large clove of garlic chopped very finely
• ½ t grated gingerroot
• ¼ t smoked paprika
• 1 ½ t kosher salt
• ¼ t black pepper
• 2 T olive oil + more for prep
• Balsamic Reduction for drizzle at time of plating*
