Molasses Iced Oatmeal Cookies - Golden Barrel

Ingredients

• 1 cup old fashioned oats
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened to room temperature
• 3/4 cup Golden Barrel Light Brown Sugar
• 1 egg, room temperature
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 Tbsp heavy cream or half and half
• 1 Tbsp warm water
• 1/2 Tbsp Golden Barrel Supreme Baking Molasses
• 1 cup Golden Barrel confectioners' sugar
