Bananas & Cream recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 1 large bunch ripe bananas
• 1 tin dessert cream
• ½ - 1 tin condensed milk
• ¼ - ½ cup full cream milk
• 1. Beat cream till smooth.
• 2. Sweeten with condensed milk.
• 3. Add to sliced bananas along with ¼ cup milk.
• 4. Mix well and place in fridge to chill for several hours.
• 5. If thickened too much, add remainder milk. Serve chilled.
