Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup diced onions
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1 cup cornflake crumbs
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 eggs, beaten
